Here’s a picture I drew. It’s based on this scene from The Simpsons. As a kid this was my cousin and my favorite episode. We actually drew ourselves in underwear and would carry it around in our wallets.

I drew each piece separately (Background, Main picture, guy in underwear) and when I put them together I didn’t have room for the FBI card, so it’s like he’s just showing random people pictures of him in his underwear and I mean who hasn’t done that before?

A new comic was scheduled for February 4th, but alas, that is the date of my next surgery. It’s not as serious a surgery as my last one, so shouldn’t take as long to recover.

Don’t fret tho, I still have a Valentines day comic drawn, and I’m working on a comic to put up once I’m back (preview below)

I’ve also been thinking of moving this comic to Wordpress with comic press. Good idea? Discuss.

No comic this week. Instead I’ve spent time redesigning my Zazzle store and putting up new products.

You can see some of my old and new stuff above (the new stuff being iPhone cases!). I’ll be working on some different stuff with my skull design* over the coming weeks, and a new comic will be up on February 4th.

Also I started a new page for my drafts and random drawings at www.404doodles.com and I’ll be chucking some wallpapers and junk up sometime next month. So that’s about it. I hope you’ve all had a good start to 2011.

Comic schedule for the new month.

With the Christmas season here I won’t have as much time to draw. My family had the smart idea of having most of their kids around Christmas, so the next month will be filled of birthday parties, Christmas, and then more birthday parties (luckily one of them is mine). I will still update, but not as much. My update schedule for Dec-Jan is:

25th December: Every year since I started Server 404 I have put out an update on Christmas. Sure, I’ve only been doing this webcomic for a year, but I want to keep the tradition alive. So on Christmas you will be able to find a new comic/drawing for Christmas. Here is last years.

1st January: A quick comic look back of 2010. Here is 2009’s

14th January: The next comic will be midway through January, once all the excitement of Christmas/Birthdays die down.

4th February: Due to some hospital related stuff, the next comic won’t be until Feb 4.

14th Feb: After that I will take another week of, and come back new with a Valentines day update

18th Feb: And finally, this is when comics will begin weekly again (except for my next surgery)

Throughout all this time I will have sporadic drawings put up, and maybe some other Christmassy things. If you want to send me some guest strips to run during this time send them to clane.iphone[at]gmail.com (replace the [at] with an @) with the subject “Guest Strips”. Also remember to send me the link to your comic/blog to get a link back.

I was at a loss for what to draw this week, so I went through my iPhone 4 to see if I had anything. I usually write down any “jokes” I have before I go to bed. Usually they make no sense or are incredibly bad puns.

This was probably funny to me when I was sleep deprived, now it’s just weird. Oh well. ENJOY!

In between being sick, sleeping, and seeing Harry Potter 7.1 I haven’t been able to finish the pencilling for the comic. It will be up next week. Also starting next week I won’t be updating weekly. A few things are coming up between now and February, so I’ll be updating 3 weeks, then taking a week off, and so on in that manner.
